Concerns continue to grow regarding misconduct within the judicial community of Northwest Minnesota.

Marshall County recently became the focus on a Write Into Action inquiry after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office refused to provide documents and/or information regarding the location and activities of its deputies.

The story detailed how improper communications between elected officials and their agents were the guiding force behind very significant decisions made to cover up serious misconduct and criminal activity; including child maltreatment.

Write Into Action has received significant feedback and information from multiple sources.

According to sources, Audra Danarski, a judicial clerk, has deliberately interfered with the judicial process and obstructed the natural flow of justice through actions she has taken that are not within the purview of her position.

The questionable activities within the Marshall County judicial community, including the odd behavior of Sheriff Jason Boman, have some concerned about any potential effects it could have on the integrity of the Ray Littlewolf murder prosecution.
